Sound Bath

A meditative experience where our bodies are bathed in sound waves,  which can help us release stuck energy, trauma, emotion and more. Designed to induce a state of relaxation and calm.

Sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes or soft gongs will circle around your being as you lay in a comfortable position. We will start with a brief meditation and light breathwork to help you settle into a relaxed state of being.

WHEN?

Enjoy a 90 minute session, beginning with a guided meditation and intention setting. Aromatherapy will be incorporated into the relaxed setting, along with grounding practices throughout the session.
